We are aware that assignments in our training is being impacted by a loss of our company videos that were being hosted on YouTube’s platform. The issue has been present since mid-day, Friday, June 28, 2024. We are working all possible avenues to recover the videos.
In the interim, if the particular assignment you are working on requires access to a posted video, please reach out to your trainer for alternative instructions.
We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as we are able to, but the issue is mostly out of our control.
